AutoStart™
Uses motion activity to tell driving from walking, so it starts on the road and not on the pavement.

Standard, or Fast for shorter trips.
Named destinations
Repeated stops become named places, so a drive reads "Home → Office". Out-and-back journeys are detected as one round trip and reported as a single row.

Every drive scored out of 100, from how you actually drove it.
How it is scored
Four components, 25 points each: how steady your speed was, how you managed it against the limit, your braking and your acceleration. All computed on your iPhone from the drive you just finished. 90 and above reads Excellent, 80–89 Good, then Moderate, Fair and Poor.

Recognises car horns and emergency sirens as they happen and pins them to the map, so a near-miss is findable afterwards. Off by default.
Achievements & XP
Levels and XP for distance, streaks and clean scores. Entirely optional and off until you turn it on.
06 — Private by design
Every drive is recorded and analyzed on your device.
Trips, places and fuel logs back up to your own iCloud, so nothing is lost when you change phones. Your insurance and registration documents stay on your iPhone and are kept out of backups unless you turn that on yourself.
