The licence

DriveMind is distributed through the App Store and is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which is the agreement that governs your use of the app.

Read Apple's Standard EULA →

The same link appears inside the app under Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Terms of use, and on the App Store listing.

Subscriptions and purchases

DriveMind is free to use. Premium features are available through an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

  • All payments are processed by Apple, not by DriveMind. We never receive or store your payment details.
  • An auto-renewing subscription renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one.

Using it responsibly

DriveMind records driving. It is not a substitute for attention to the road, and nothing in the app should be operated while driving. Do not mount, hold or interact with your iPhone in a way that is unsafe or unlawful where you are.

Dash cam recording, and the recording of audio, is regulated differently from place to place. You are responsible for using those features lawfully in your jurisdiction.

Mileage and tax reports

DriveMind produces mileage reports at the IRS standard rate for the year in question. These are a record of what was driven — they are not tax advice, and whether a given drive is deductible is a matter between you and your accountant or tax authority.

Trademarks

DriveMind, AutoStart, DriveScore, DriveMind Intelligence and DriveSense are trademarks of Jesvin Jerry. Apple, iPhone, iCloud, Siri and CarPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc.
